crunch time

I may be delirious on red bull and lack of sleep but here I am, updating you all on my university work. Tomorrow I have a hand in for a two modules which is a huge chunk of work! I cannot wait because then I can completely focus my attention on my honours project and make sure it is all perfecto. So as a treat I thought I'd show a few images from my booklet that I have to hand in for my Exhibition Design module. Don't say I'm not good to you.

This project ran in tandem with my honours and the design behind it was that it had to promote my future store concept to an audience at London Fashion Week. Having researched London Fashion Week in almost every single course I have done prior to this along with watching vlogs, following (hey, not physically) bloggers that have been and pouring over various articles on London Fashion Week I was really quite excited about this project.

As the exhibition had to be relatively lightweight and movable I couldn't stick a huge screen into the floor like I have in my store concept. I opted to use my promotional campaign and seats (so clever) to lure bloggers and fashion insiders into a stand where they can just chill out, socialise and, most importantly, update their followers as to their surroundings via social networking. Bloggers have huge influence now (I think I touched on this in a previous post) and if they announce that they are chilling in an Urban Outfitters stall and that the brand have a new store concept opening soon it will be broadcast to thousands of potential customers, which can only be positive for the brand.

So, before I start a caffine fueled ramble, here are a few images from my Exhibition Design booklet, enjoy.
