burberry regent street.

The final stop on our trip around London was the Burberry Regent Store. I was most excited about coming here as I've been researching their digital strategy for my dissertation and had seen photos of the interior before. The façade of the store was like a beacon in the distance as we approached and once we got inside it did not disappoint. As Burberry is a really prestigious brand I expected to feel really intimidated by the store's atmosphere but I didn't feel uncomfortable or out of place at all. There were sofas placed around the store where weary shoppers (and tourists) could sit and it felt like a really comfortable environment.
The front of the store from the road.
One of the many, many screens in store showing Burberry's most recent campaign.
The absolutely massive screen in the main part of the store. I had seen photos of this before and I still wasn't prepared for how big it is. Its situated in the most beautiful, grand room but doesn't feel as though it dominates the space.
If you climb the stairs past the huge screen you find these screens at the top. They're arranged in a sort of concertina style which breaks up the flowing image which creates a really interesting effect almost like a hall of mirrors.
